Kolaco,Inc. (hereinafter known as "Kolaco," "us" or "we") currently owns and operates the website known as www.After5Specials.com, GoodBitesNow.com, After5Live.com, FoodieSpecials.com (the "After5") as well as the iOS and Android app known as After5 Specials (the "App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and committed to developing technology that gives you the best experience and secure online solution. Personal information, if any, is accessible only to staff, agents, or contractors of Kolaco.

This privacy statement applies to all Kolaco-owned web sites and domains. This privacy statement covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity.

What we collect
As an end user, we collect name, email and phone number information if you choose to register to receive updates.  We do not collect any credit card information or social security numbers from our users.  As a restaurant, we collect all logistic information to set up a listing including name, address, social media sites, contact information, phone numbers.  Additionally, we collect users’ information to allow them to log in and update their specials, but that is limited to name, email address and phone number. 

When restaurants register they enter a credit card number and related information to set up a recurring billing profile.  This information is managed and processed Paypal and not saved on any of the Kolaco servers or files. 

We use Google Analytics to track your IP address and the activity that you perform on the Site and the App, but there is no direct connection to any personal information. Like many other web sites, the Kolaco web site may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use the site. How we use it
We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To inform you of updates (new specials or events) and new restaurants that you subscribe to.
• To demonstrate to our Restaurant partners the effectiveness of the Sites and App the totals in the aggregate of users.

Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. Kolaco may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or in good faith to (a) comply with legal processes served on the site, or (b) protect the rights and property of Kolaco, or (c) where our records indicate fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of, or (d) where your communication suggests possible harm to others.

We may share aggregated geo-fencing information (i.e., information about you and other users who have, entered the establishments of participating or potential Restaurants collectively, but not specifically identifiable to you) and other non-personal, de-identified, or anonymous information we collect with third parties, including affiliates, advertisers as well as existing or potential merchant subscribers to develop and deliver targeted advertising and promotions on our Site in an effort to better serve our Users.

Kolaco may transfer information about Users if Kolaco is acquired by or merged with another company. Kolaco is not responsible for notifying User of such changes.

When you register for e-mail or text updates, Kolaco will not share your information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices, keep records up to date to notify you via periodic e-mails of technical service issues, specials, or other related product/service information. Your information may be shared with agents or contractors of Kolaco for the purpose of performing service for Kolaco.

The online registration at Kolaco is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your e-mail and any other information you provide us. Kolaco is committed to data security with respect to information collected on our site. We offer the industry standard security measures available through your browser called SSL/TSL encryption.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.
